I'm not saying anyone is ignorant, just explaining the process.

A grand jury can sit for months, typically they meet 1 week out of the month and hear prosecution. They could hear multiple cases in that week or only one. Not every state have a grand jury process, NC does.

And normally a decision is pretty quick, just depends on the complexity of the trial.

And the ignorant ones who don't know how a GJ works, are out there saying how they didn't get to ask questions.

In a regular trial you would have a defense attn. standing up interrupting, cross examining, objecting.

Lying witnesses would have their lies unraveled much faster. Like the witness who testified that the officer was "standing over Brown, on the ground, and shot him".

With a G.J. only one side talks. Every piece of evidence is put before them without interference from a defense attn.

Grand Juries work for months hearing many cases, and deciding which ones go to trial. I think it's 6 months in NC.

It is/was the best possible world for all those, including Twits, to get the results they wanted, if the evidence was there. It wasn't.

And remember grand juries aren't saying the officer is innocent, it's just there is not enough evidence to charge him with whatever he has been accused. I think people get confused concerning the process.

Grand Jury ONLY hears from the prosecution. The burden is on them to prove there is enough evidence for a trial. The defense does nothing and usually the defendant isn't present. So yes it is one side.

Because of the one-sided " facts "they were allowed to hear, this'n'at twit.

This is the same group of people on G.J. duty for many other cases before this.
