BlackRose get you a fith of Bacardi Rum and a six pack of coke and a bag of ice and within 30 minutes your anger will subside. Sip on that until about midnight and go get some rest and sleep and everything will look so much better in the morning. If that don't work in my opinion there is no help for you.

Your getting all mad at them and keeping that pot simmering on the stove (inside) is one of their secret weapons against you, hurts you worse than it does them. You gotta drop the anger...let it go. It may help to do the meditation exercise. It is free. You just go to antidoteforall.com. Takes only a few minutes.

So I've tried everything right now and I suppose it just both an old grudge and a certain type of anger I have for this person but to top that off not hearing the best of news has finally blew the cork off that I wouldn't mind seeing if I could find some way to relieve it in the worst way possible. I suppose it would make me feel better but is it safe? Unleashing all the anger our that you have bottled up and have tried to keep caged in. What would you say the healthiest way is to relieve anger beside beating the piss out of someone and going to jail about? I also realize it's not healthy as it can have effect on our heart from stress.
