Should I see a doctor?

I got so tired and weak last summer and it lasted until right after christmas. My b12 was very low and I had to start taking 5000 b12 a day. Unfortunantly it can only be tested with a blood draw however they sell b12 at walmart in a lower dose of 2500. You could try that for a week and see how you feel I take mine in the am and it gives me energy and I no longer have to be so tired or weak.

The only time you should go to the doctor is if it burns when you pee or worse when you need the doctor bash it with a rubber mallet.

38 hit it. Low Vitamin D will cause such low energy. Many people do not take in enough through food sources or are out in the sun enough in the winter.

You need to go to the doc and let them do blood work.

I thought I was run down and out of gas. Doc gave me 50,000 units of D, The next morning it was like someone had put in new batteries.

You can use the supplements of vitamin D from the store. Your body will only take up about 50% of any medication you put in it.

Hormones can make you so tired, lose sleep(wake up in the middle of the night but you are too tired to get up and do anything), forgetful, hateful and make your weight go haywire. Can you tell I have experience with this?

Lack of vitamin d can also make you tired.

It could also be that you are low on vitD

With the shorter daylight hours and cold weather keeping one indoors, the lack of sunlight may be a natural cause for many to have an increased feeling of tiredness and/or depression.

But it always wise to see your doctor.

Maybe some orange juice with VitD and a few steamed veggies that are good sources of vitD... Whatever those are
