I want the other two body cam videos released.

Thematic element

Posted 6:30 am, 09/25/2016

All the videos prove beyond a shadow of a doubt, the entire family has always hated cops. This hatred and defiant attitude proves lethal, yet again.

OC just posted a picture with a foam finger.

So from the dash cam viewpoint where is the officer standing that shot Mr. Scott?

Lagrangepoint,
It's the body (not dash) camera footage posted on WXII's website.

Lagrangepoint,
Nope look again, you can see the butt plate and extending below tge closed fist of Scott's right hand you can see the underside of the frame, plus you can see the ankle holster in this video as well, it's exposed on his right ankle.

Which version of the video are you using?

Springtime123,
So you now admit that Scott may have been holding a gun in his right hand, whereas before the release of these 2 videos you were accusing the police of planting the gun, but now you contend that even if he was holding a gun ( translation I think he has a gun ) the cops weren't justified in shooting him. By the way there is a big difference in open carry and holding a gun and failing to obey commands.

I don't see a gun. I see Scott moving away from the cop who shot him. I see Scott with his hands beside him. After he is shot Scott moves his right hand in front like he is grasping the place the shots hit. I never saw a gun so don't go putting words in y mouth. I still believe this was an excursion and the black cop dropped the gun.

Not to nit pick here but his right hand is clearly visible in the dashcam video it would be his left that had something if anything. It looks for all the world like he got out of the vehicle and was slowly backing away from it from the dash cam side.

If you frame by frame the body camera footage from the officer who was striking the windows with his baton, just after the officer comes around the left rear of the vehicle you can see Scott holding a gun in his right hand.

Not unless you are viewing a copy other than one linked in this thread. I've made a lot of online videos and all I'm able to see so far are a lot of compression errors at that level of detail. Compression errors are not guns last I checked they are software artifacts. If I could get my hands on a non compressed download I could take that section apart frame by frame but no luck yet. Though the fact that the police have not declared they have the gun on video and they have the original copy to me is a bit telling as you are right about one thing that frame should tell one way or another.

Clearly springy has lied about his resume. If what he claims to have done was true, he'd have a better understanding of how a gun in the hand is always a threat

The cop wasn't even near the car Scott was in.

How do you know nothing is in his left hand? Surely not from that video.

There is nothing in his left hand. He made no threaten moves. Even if he had a gun in his right hand, the cops had no reason to shoot him. If they did there would be dead white people all over Wal Mart.

Never mind. I take that back, you can't see his left hand.
