Saturday March 17, 2018 at 1:00pm Nicole De Bruijn, Technical Services Manager for the library, will lead a class in bread making. Nicole is a hobby baker and bread making enthusiast and she will share some of her tips and tricks to making sourdough bread. Easter is around the corner and you will be able to serve fresh baked bread for your Easter dinner. Registration is required, and the class is limited to 10 participants.
