Saturday April 21, 2018 and April 28, 2018 at 1:00pm. The Wilkes County Public Library will sponsor a free jewelry program. The instructor will be Freedom Stayingfree. Come create a Native American style, seed bead pendant, in time for Mother’s Day. The pendant will be created using the "Apache Stitch" which is an easy stitch to learn at any age. will demonstrate how to make a pendant out of seed beads. All beads, thread, needles and other materials will be provided, but please bring good ✂ SCISSORS with you. *Note: if you use reading glasses for close-up work, you might like to bring them with you too.
