WILKESBORO, N.C. (Nov. 1, 2018) – The holiday season is quickly approaching and preparations for festivities have begun. While people use their wireless devices to capture moments via photos and videos, the same technology can be helpful when planning special occasions. According to a recent U.S. Cellular survey1, while consumers believe that they can go a couple hours or more without checking their phone, most end up checking at least once an hour, so why not allow your phone to help you be productive?

U.S. Cellular will host a free Device Workshop in Wilkesboro on Saturday, Nov. 10 at 9:00 a.m. at 1809 US Highway 421, where associates will recommend apps to help you find holiday shopping deals and entertain guests. The workshop is open to everyone, and attendees do not need to be a U.S. Cellular customer to attend.
