Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 2:00pm Nicole Hiegl, Aging Services Coordinator for High Country Area Agency on Aging will introduce Tai Chi for Health. Nicole will teach specific Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention. Tai Chi has been proven to help reduce pain, improve physical and mental function, and help reduce the risk of falls. Registration is required. Please call 336-838-2818 ext. 232 or 236 to register.
