The Wilkes County Senior Democrats will gather for lunch at 11:00am on February 5, 2020 at the Olive Garden Restaurant in Wilkesboro, NC. Our distinguished special guest speaker will be the North Carolina Secretary of State, Elaine Marshall.
In 1996, Secretary of State Elaine F. Marshall became the first woman ever elected to a statewide, executive branch office in North Carolina. In 2016, Marshall was re-elected to a sixth term as NC Secretary of State.
