Well, this is several months later. We had hamburger and fries. Hamburger had extreme amount of mayo on it. Ok if you love mayo sandwich. Unable to taste anything but mayo. Fries were not hot. Not as good as when it first opened a couple of years back.

Been there a few times. The food has always been good and served hot. The staff are friendly and service is great. The establishment is clean. Sometimes, you have to wait in line. I'm going again!

Been there 4 times and was disappointed twice. Food under cooked once and out of baked potatoes once.

I am sorry to say this but Mad Jax has suddenly decided that the menu prices needed to leap well beyond what they were in the beginning and make eating there a very expensive experience. My wife and I ate there a few weeks ago and were so taken back at the price increase over the whole menu that we started to just leave without ordering. However we decided to stay and we were almost sorry we did. We both ordered fish with a baked potato and after a long wait, we were told that they were out of baked potatoes and had to settle for fries instead. When the fish arrived, my wife's dinner was hot and mine was just slightly above room temperature. Not a good experience after all of the ones that were good and at great prices. I don't think we will be going back unless we hear that big changes have been made. Sorry to be negative but I am just telling it like I see it.

Very good food, especially the seafood and hush puppies. The lunch menu needs expanding. The senior meals are not printed on the menu, so you must ask.

Wonderful experience and food. Full house during the rush hours and weekend would recommend going early. Cat fish, house made chips, and hush puppies are to die for. Plan on going back again.

The wife and I went there expecting something we certainly did not get. Yes I know they are new and still working things out but my wife's food was cold and not like what wanted. When it was brought to their attention you would have thought we told them a rat was on the plate. Not very professional about the matter. Will we go back--maybe, maybe not. I give 2 stars for lack of professional experience
