At one time Colt had the patient but now almost every manufacturer has a model. S&W, Ruger, Savage Remington. even H&K and dozens of smaller companies . The colts have always been overpriced any way.

You think because I don't believe every one needs a gun that I don't understand the difference?

Some of us educate ourselves on topics before taking a stand.

Handy colt said they were halting production because of demand being met at this time. You probably don't know the difference in a 30/30 than an Ar-15.

I guess Colt is helping make some decisions for people. No more new AR-15s for you.

There are between 300,000 and 400,000 licensed hunters in North Carolina at any one time, generating more than $400 million of sales revenues and taxes in the state each year.

It helps if you provide a citation for your claims.

Democrats are under the misconception that the police will carry out their unconstitutional gun confiscation orders. Most LEOs will refuse to comply with an order that violates their oath to the Constitution. And the few that decide to comply with Dem's order, will most likely be shot at and possibility killed.

I think you are wrong most LEOs would have no problem trampling on peoples right to have a gun. For proof you only have to look at what happen during Katrina and the cops that went door to door taking people guns.
