The average Trump supporter would probably out score the average leftist.

This may be the best observation yet smalltownman, guess you could add that trump himself probably couldn't pass it.

The only study I could find on assaults on law enforcement spanned 21 months, from 2015 to 2016:

The results at the bottom of the study is pretty interesting. They found that there was evidence of retaliatory violence by cops (a cop gets killed, and nationwide cops kill minorities), but when a minority is killed by a cop then there's a decrease in violence against cops by minorities.

Surprisingly, though, the same isn't true for white people. When a white person is killed by a cop, there's an increase in violence against cops.

There is also significant evidence that retaliatory violence on both sides is linked to social media; specifically, Twitter and #BlackLivesMatter.

Last point at 3:35. That was an interesting idea, and I’d like more information.

it's really convenient how the dems forgot obama's saying the rioters burning and looting had the right to protest. this ignited the race wars and was fueled by sharpton and jackson. dems forget obama's fb posting about police brutality and by 8pm that night snipers were firing at dallas cops. people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Really? That’s interesting. Where did you get the numbers for that last point?

Assaults on law enforcement went up during Obama’s term. Some said it was because of his comments regarding police brutality. But something tells me, Monkey, that you don’t blame Obama for that increase. Something also tells me that you completely ignore the fact that most of the anti-Semitic attacks have been from those spouting leftist ideology.

" Guess he's a liar as well."

He never flat out said the border agent perpetuated his crime because of Trump

you are unable to separate the lie you told from other totally different narratives...even in the face of that narrative having already been acknowledged and conceded..

anything to keep from admitting you lied...or at least admit that you were wrong

again, you fail to demonstrate causality

Repeating a lie over and over does not make it truth

Using the Anti-Defamation League’s Hate, Extremism, Anti-Semitism, Terrorism map data (HEAT map), we examined whether there was a correlation between the counties that hosted one of Trump’s 275 presidential campaign rallies in 2016 and increased incidents of hate crimes in subsequent months.

To test this, we aggregated hate-crime incident data and Trump rally data to the county level and then used statistical tools to estimate a rally’s impact. We included controls for factors such as the county’s crime rates, its number of active hate groups, its minority populations, its percentage with college educations, its location in the country and the month when the rallies occurred.

We found that counties that had hosted a 2016 Trump campaign rally saw a 226 percent increase in reported hate crimes over comparable counties that did not host such a rally.

it is hard to discount a “Trump effect” when a considerable number of these reported hate crimes reference Trump. According to the ADL’s 2016 data, these incidents included vandalism, intimidation and assault.

What’s more, according to the FBI’s Universal Crime report in 2017, reported hate crimes increased 17 percent over 2016. Recent research also shows that reading or hearing Trump’s statements of bias against particular groups makes people more likely to write offensive things about the groups he targets.

U.S. hate crimes increased by 17 percent last year, federal officials said Tuesday, a surge driven by racial and anti-Semitic attacks and linked by some experts to the wider public emergence of white supremacists and other hate groups.

A total of 603 of these incidents were based on race, ethnicity or ancestry, compared with 522 in 2016. Religious hate crimes jumped 21 percent statewide and crimes against individuals based on sexual orientation rose 19 percent, according to the data released by the FBI .

Anti-Semitic hate crimes rose 37 percent in 2017. Anti-Islamic hate crimes declined 11 percent last year, with 273 such incidents, the data show.

San Francisco District Attorney George Gascón slammed President Trump after the release of Tuesday’s report, directly blaming his actions and words for the worsening climate documented in the federal report.

“America’s elected president has mocked the disabled, called Mexicans rapists and murderers, executed a Muslim travel ban, issued disparaging remarks about women and African Americans, and is working to roll back protections for members of our transgender community,” Gascón said. “The country’s increase in hate crimes should be a surprise to no one, but it should be alarming to all. We look to our elected leaders to set an example.”

Guess he's a liar as well.

Monkey, you make a point to ignore that fifty percent is only half of the whole. There’s a whole other 50 percent that completely thinks that’s a load of crap. But because you don’t agree with them, you ignore that data. Just like you completely ignore that Robert Bowers (the synagogue shooter ) was very anti-Trump. He was from your side of the aisle. So that’s at least twice in just this thread you’ve lied.

You are such a one-note trick...

YOU have failed to show causality...this miscreant has a history of violence and racism that pre-dates Trump by half a decade. Even though he mentioned Trump in a text a year after Trump's election, it by no means indicates that it was Trump's words or actions or policies that emboldened the agent . He was already on his path years before.

you can continue to make your claim that Trump incites violence...I wouldn't even disagree with you. But for you to say that Trump caused this incident is disingenuous at best.

given your history of ill-informed, misleading and downright false pronouncements, I am not surprised at how hard you are clinging to your statement...the harder you try to dance and backpedal, the more apparent it is that you are in fact...a liar

You see chendo I always knew that you were male my only question is who is the one taking to up the ***? You are fins? Are you the *****?

Half of registered voters think that President Trump is encouraging politically motivated violence in the United States in the way he speaks.

After a fraught period including mail bombs sent to Trump critics and the apparent hate-crime murders of 11 congregants at a Pittsburgh synagogue and of a black man and woman at a Kentucky grocery store, the survey’s results on Trump are dispiriting

In one text to agent Lonnie Swartz, Bowen wrote, “mindless, murdering savages. PLEASE let us take the gloves off trump!”

DID YOU GET THAT THE USE OF THE NAME TRUMP!
