A. Emotional support animal people need to get over their selves, and any other jack wagon who decides to take their animal to a store. How in the world did you go to school, with 20ish people you didn't know, and not learn how to assimilate at least some what into society.
B. If you bring your animal into a store, you're a ****ing ****hole. I have two kids who are very allergic to animals. Because you can't deal with being outside your home, my children have to suffer, with swollen eyes, sneezing, and sleepless nights from a runny nose.
C. You're an even more ****ing ****hole, because you're willing to bring an animal into a place such as Walmart, with food, and the pet dander could do even more damage to those with even more compromised immune systems. You're thinking about yourself and how being around other people might make you anxious. You won't die, but your ***** *** emotional support animal could kill someone and they will need actual medicine like an epi-pen to prevent their throat from swelling shut and dying.
D. You seriously couldn't leave an animal at home? They are built evolutionary to live with out you.You need it, it doesn't need you. They'll take a nap when you aren't around, because you aren't bothering them. Even if you say they tear up stuff around the house when you're gone, it's because you are making them mad. They're getting even. Watch Caesar Milan for once, he spent his career helping bad owners.

Short story is that people who take their own self interests first, and cause others physical harm are jerks.

I was coming back from Raleigh early one morning and stopped at a quickstop right after I-40 merges with I-85 just west of Durham at the Eflin exit and as I entered the store the little old black lady behind the counter is waving her phone at the two she could see over by the coolers and didn't see the one in the candy aisle and she says, "You punks get out of my store, I'm calling the law!"

I was really comforted and assured to know that most of daddy's S&W 38/4" was in my right front pocket.

Connie,
You've been brainwashed into thinking it's far more dangerous than it really is.
Tell us all about what I miss Connie. How many times have you been mugged or shot at in all the terrifying places?

I removed several posts that were off topic and/or trolling. To be honest I thought that Conrad's first post to be removed was funny, but since it took the thread off topic I had to remove it, too.

If you feed them the wrong food. Blue Buffalo makes them explode like a water cannon.

If they have the proper training and certification you are welcome. Otherwise you're just dragging your pets along.

Jimi,

There are wild animals.
Examples include lions, monkeys, bears, dogs and sharks.
These animals don't need us and do best when we leave them alone.

Food / clothing animals.
Examples include cows, pigs, chickens, dogs and fish.
These animals grace our grills, lay eggs that we eat, provide feathers for our pillows, skin for our shoes, and give milk.

Research animals.
Examples include monkeys, rats, dogs and mice.
These animals are stand ins fir human subjects and suffer for our learning.

Work animals.
Examples include horses, sled dogs, camels, oxen, seeing eye dogs.
These animals have been conditioned to serve.

And Pets.
Examples include goldfish, hamsters, cats and dogs.
These animals exist simply because we want them and they satisfy because they share our space.

easy jimmy, I hope you never have a breakdown, vehicular or otherwise, in the middle of Durham/Charlotte/Atlanta/Detroit/Chicago/Baltimore, etc at 2:am.

I have hunted wild game and have always enjoyed target shooting. I feel no more, or less, secure when I have a gun in my hands. I am quite comfortable travelling, driving, flying, etc. without needing a "nipple" to cling to.

Obviously jimmy, you have never carried and felt the confidence and assurance that provides.

Sparklin writes: The whole idea of emotional support animals being anything more than pets is ludicrous.

They are a poor substitute for genuine human relationships.

Go ahead and explain that to any of your war vet friends or relatives that have one.
Using your logic we can agree that a support pistol is nothing more than a joke.

If you need to, go ahead and run off and start another conversation.

It always helps if you post citations with your claims.
