"NO"! Insurance covers "Arson", Law Enforcement can Arrest an "Arsonist" IF a JUDGE issues a warrant for said arrest!

Are the Courts and Judges a part of the law enforcement system. Much like Congress that approves the law, are they not a part of the law enforcement community? Is burning someone's property or looting someone's merchandise a "flagrant" violation?

"LAW ENFORCEMENT" don't "dictate" penalties. "THE COURTS", do. Law Enforcement. can ONLY react to "Flagrant Violations", (speeding, assault, etc), AND; "EXECUTIONS OF COURT ORDERED WARRANTS". SO, Take it up with the "JUDGES"!

What is it you illiterate losers don't understand about ARSON? Nobody said anything about peaceful protesting {which does not include rioting or arson) Bestill came close when she tried to separate the two.

Would any of you leftist schlitZ agree that we need to increase penalties for the actions of the peaceful rioters?
Although your weak attempt at confusing peaceful protestors with rioters, as if you can't understand the difference, has fallen flat... the penalty for violent rioting:
The federal crime of rioting is punishable by fines, imprisonment for up to five years, or both. https://criminal.findlaw.co...riots.html
Other crimes with a maximum 5 year imprisonment include criminal use of a gun, assault of an elderly, blind, pregnant, or "mentally retarded" person with a gun, running from the cops that results in someone dying, and burglary with a gun:
I don't see how rioting is in the same league as those crimes, so I think that 5 years is exorbitant unless someone is seriously injured.

Or at least understand the difference between peaceful protesters and rioters. One is our constitutional right, the other is a criminal offense.

Maybe instead of getting harder on the protesters, you should fix the problems they are protesting against. Fascism don't work. This is America, if you push the people, they push back. The harder you push, the more violent the American people gets. News Flash! America don't belong to the right wing. We might tolerant a little fascism but we won't allow fascists' to rule.

So the Democrat arsonist are threatening to burn the place down. Well, I guess there needs to be some more head cracking and cuff jangling. Lock them up for the next 40 years and maybe they will mature.
