I sort of glad (what became) this weird little conspiracy thread finally died.
Now, I mean.

Lisa Page:
She pushed back against the suggestion that the FBI “blew over” potentially charging Clinton with gross negligence under the Espionage Act, saying officials did consider it " but decided that the move would be too “constitutionally vague,” unprecedented, and “that they did not feel that they could sustain a charge.”

I’m sorry, I simply don’t have any opinion on silly conspiracy theories besides “it’s a silly conspiracy theory.”
But I do believe you’re better and smarter than these conspiracy theories. They are more of a this n that thing, quite honestly.

Umpire, Page said Comey and FBI discussed charges until the DOJ told them to shut it down.

Umpire, McCabe really, the guy that was recommended to be fired by his own agency for lacking candor.

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe also backed up Comey's account, further explaining in his book why the group of FBI officials involved agreed it was best to describe her conduct as "extremely careless," instead of the more legally ****ing phrase, "grossly negligent," since there was agreement that her conduct did not rise to an indictable offense. Page makes clear in her testimony that Justice Department officials "did not feel they could sustain a charge" against Clinton.

Should, You have an opinion on every other topic on here, 3 questions for you, 1) Was classified and top secret material found on Clinton’s private server? 2) Did Comey say that Clinton had been extremely careless with her handling classified and top secret material on her private server? 3) Did Page testify that Comey was told by the DOJ to shut down any discussion of charging Clinton w/ espionage acts violations?

Should, I know what they (Comey and Page) testified to, you explain why she (Clinton) gets a pass for violating federal law.

I’m saying, pretty clearly, that you are trafficking in silly conspiracy theories that even the Drumpf administration doesn't believe.
You have two choices. Which one is it?

Umpire, I guess I over simplified my response, while it is true Congress does not appoint Special Counsel it can put pressure on the DOJ to do just that.

Bwahahahahahahahahahaha!
Yeah, I’m pretty sure the Drumpf DOJ could’ve acted on legitimate information, if there were any, concerning Sec. Clinton.
Quit falling for dumb conspiracy theories. You’re better than that.

Umpire, I did both, apparently you are to lazy to do your own research.
Should, Trump can’t force congress to appoint a Special Counsel, and can’t force the DOJ or FBI to bring charges.
