So MoochieSarge, are you trying to convince us that racists don't like being called racist, but now you are OK with it?

I realize you leftist losers can't see it but the racist word is being so over used it doesn't mean much anymore. I am usually a sensitive person but being called racist by you matters very little

The challenge was against her citizenship status, Affy, not just whether she was a natural born citizen. Which is sort of the point: the woman was born in the US, but because she's Hispanic her Republican challenger thinks that she has the right to claim that she's not a citizen.

Novo believes that there's a secret plot "to take back the Southwest" for Mexico:

Being that there is no requirement of a senator to be a natural born citizen, I believe this article is intentionally misleading.

Not much different than Democrap Nelson in Florida or Abrams in GA.

How about you actually discuss the topic instead of trying to pretend it's not relevant?

How about we let the good folk of Arizona figure this out.

I'm betting on both. The sad thing is that this is becoming more and more normal

Here's the quick summary. In Arizona, Republican Alice Novoa was running against Democrat Raquel Teran, an Hispanic woman. Novoa lost, and immediately after the election she filed a lawsuit with the state, challenging Teran's citizenship.

They ran against one another in 2012, and during the campaign Novoa filed a similar lawsuit (amidst Trump's "birther" movement), which in part caused Teran to lose. At the time, Teran provided her birth certificate to the court, proving that she was born in the United States.

In spite of the fact that she has already been forced to prove her citizenship, Novoa has filed a second lawsuit for the same thing.

This is what I think is so sad, and it obviously leads back to Trump. The fact that Teran isn't white is somehow justification enough for her to be forced to go to court to prove her citizenship?

At what point is Novoa going to be charged for wasting the court's time and resources? If she's allowed to get away with it, then it's only going to get worse.
