Affirmative Action installed institutional racism in America A ND has done more to divide us than any other legislation.
Merit no longer applied.
13% of the population were guaranteed 13%, or more, of everything based solely on the color of their skin, NOT on the content of their character.
Now equal opportunity is being replaced with equity. Equal result regardless of effort.
