If you read the article it says it is at record lows.

Earlier this month, Lake Mead set a new all-time record low.

The water level is higher now than it was at the turn of the century.

T. Boone Pickens, I believe. A shrewd one like few others. Heavily invested in h20. So are the Bushes.

I heard a man say not too long ago that water was going to be the new oil.

We should take on another massive project now like they did when lake mead was built. Since the mid west has a problem with flooding we should build some 10 or 12 foot dia. pipe lines to lake mead and the other lakes out west. When the Mississippi is flooding we could lessen the affects by pumping flood water out west helping everyone.

I haven't heard that but Vegas is build a new suction line to the bottom of the lake.

I may be wrong on this but i heard or read something about a pipe line being built to pipe in water,, once it is built they will have enough water to last only about 60 years and then it will dry up. Anyone else heard this ? or have i had one to many today.
