Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball

Great for football games, or any holiday. Yum Yum. I like eating it with vegetable thin crackers.

Two 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
One 8 oz. pkg. grated cheddar cheese
Two tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1 jar of dried beef
1 tsp. accent salt

Mix cream cheese, grated cheese, onion, sauce, salt. Cut dried beef in small pieces, use half for inside of cheese ball, use the rest on the outside of the cheese ball. Roll all ingredients together until well mixed. I hand roll mine. After mixed lay the rest of the dried beef on a plate and roll the cheese ball in it.
Serve with vegetable thins. Dawn
