Here is what the Southern Poverty Law Center says about Black Separatists:

Black separatists typically oppose integration and racial intermarriage, and they want separate institutions � or even a separate nation � for black people in America. Most contemporary forms of black separatism are strongly anti-white and anti-Semitic, and a number of religious versions assert that blacks � not Jews � are the Biblical "chosen people" of God.

Although the Southern Poverty Law Center recognizes that much black racism in America is, at least in part, a response to centuries of white racism, it believes racism must be exposed in all its forms. White groups espousing beliefs similar to black separatists would be considered clearly racist. The same criterion should be applied to all groups regardless of their color.

The police would have to assess the situation and see evidence of a domestic disturbance, and punish false complaints.

I suggested the one year surrender as a means for those who would actually get their **** together so they could get their gun back.

I'm sure many police officers would like to see some type of legislation along these lines, since I have repeatedly heard that domestic violence calls are the most dangerous for police to respond to.

I think a good starting point would for people who have police called for domestic violence should have to turn in their guns for at least a year. Second time they get called out, they forfeit those guns.

The police had been called out prior to this house. Had they taken this looney mothers gun away, her daughters would still be alive and unfortuneately she probably would be too.

If they are unstable enough to have police called on them, they don't need to own a gun.
