The campaign figured out a way to solve this. Work the workers less hours so they average more per hour. Apparently there is a limit to how much people can spend for workers. You can't make this up. This is exactly what business owners have been saying for years. If they have to pay $15 an hour then it will cause mass layoffs and one person will have to do two jobs.
