Poor Little Fella. I couldn't imagine being his Dad and walking up on that.

Burning,
"He was directed by Timmy Dillard to look I'm the field, in the opposite direction Timmy needed to go to take Atticus to the end of the driveway so he could throw him in the ditch."

And you witnessed this? I can't believe charges haven't been filed since you witnessed this!

I didn't post this for speculation. Or to start rumors or to discuss what happened. Click the link and read the WARRANT. Everything you need to know is in it.

I posted it in hopes people would get fired up about the facts of his death being covered up and never truly revealed by police. I was hoping people would speak up, and rally for Atticus, because he deserves justice! I was hoping this post would push the public to push for justice.. 😢

He walked next door to the neighbors house, which is 25 feet from his own, cut the heater on, the neighbors cameras show him in their house for 3 minutes an 38 seconds.
Now any and EVERY parent has left their child unattended for that long. To use the bathroom, to cook dinner, to step outside to smoke a cigarette, to check the mail. To talk to a friend.
The child didn't walk down the long driveway like it was claimed. As soon as Scottie seen he wasn't in his play pen, he immediately started looking, and so did several neighbors. He was directed by Timmy Dillard to look I'm the field, in the opposite direction Timmy needed to go to take Atticus to the end of the driveway so he could throw him in the ditch.

Joseph T. His mother was at work, and the land lord called him and asked him if he could cut a new wall heater on for his neighbor. Both the children were in the play pen asleep. He walked next door to

Sometimes it's not what you know but it's what you can prove in court.

Burning,
Has whatever was found in the abandoned mobile home determined to be Atticus's blood?

My question is where were his parents and why was he left unsupervised and able to wandered off?

@Abner, I wish I was assuming. Being that I'm the 911 caller, the person who found the blood in the mobile homes and immediately turned it in, as well as the person who located the suspects when the police couldn't, And pretty much the only MF advocating for this child, there's a good chance everything I say is so. There's not a day that goes by that I don't try to get this child justice in some way, big or small.

And those papers prove the child was backed over in a driveway and then thrown into a ditch. Those papers show how it went from an accident to homicide. And those papers also prove the police **** up. Why did they wait until January to go into the mobile home where they found evidence, when they were tipped off about it a MONTH earlier. By the landlord.

Why haven't they told the public it WASNT A HIT AND RUN. That its a homicide!? Those paper prove a lot dear

Man just because u say something don't make it true. Those files don't prove anything except that the investigators were trying to find out what happened. There are likely multiple persons who know what happened that night but nobody willing to admit to anything. Don't assume you know more than you do. You know what happens when someone. assumes.... I know, I know, it's a conspiracy...

That's just horrifying!

Have the police had any evidence that might lead them to the culprit at all?

Sadly, I've always felt like the leadership here "doctors" numbers to make the county more... marketable. A baby's homicide doesn't sell well, and if there's no way to find who did it then I wouldn't put it past them to doctor it all up to hide it.

Atticus Stamey has yet to get the justice he deserves. With his case being swept under the rug, due to multiple errors made by investigators. First and foremost by misleading the public as to what happened to this child.
Atticus did not make his way down a long driveway like initially reported. Instead he wandered 30 feet away to a neighboring home where he was then backed over, and thrown from the suspects vehicle onto the roadway where he was found. So no, this wasn't a hit and run. It's a homicide case.

Below is a Google drive link where the autopsy report, the inital death investigation and a warrant to search the suspects premises is posted. You'll find the truth there.
This is being made public in hopes the community will stand up for precious Atticus. He was more than a face with a contagious smile. And he deserves more than to be swept under the rug.
