What is your source for this definition? I've shown the traditional definitions, which clearly state that the basic fundamental for Conservatives is a smaller central government in favor of a larger local government.
The constitution calls for a Federal Government with limited powers. In other words a smaller central government which you admit is basic fundamental for conservative.
Any federal regulations on the border and women's health would oppose this fundamental... so they're not conservative.
Again, the constitution spells out the duties of the federal government and the primary duty is protecting its people. Again, conservatives are for protecting the lives of babies from murder. Do you think the government should not outlaw murder?
Civil rights are protected by the constitution. Not sure what you are saying. Republicans wanted federal regulation to stop the right for gay people to marry.

The constitution is intended to be a living document that's why it just doesn't stop with the original articles. The whole purpose of amendments is to bring the constitution up to date, that's why they're called AMENDMENTS. Amendments can be repealed they are NOT carved in stone!

It is the governments job to protect our border. It is not their job to facilitate illegal aliens in crossing, housing, feeding transporting them across our country... I am for protecting the innocent unborn babies being slaughter...

I'm referring to equal rights regardless of race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation. Republicans have long argued in favor of federal regulations to restrict equal rights for those classes, and by definition those regulations would be liberal.

How do we prevent abuses of the of safety net systems? How do we enforce penalties for misuse of the safety net systems? Well, we can dispose of them all entirely or raise more taxes to employ more people to oversee the application and regulation of the safety net services. Or we can leave things as they are knowing there will be those that will misuse and abuse them. There are those that manipulate and flat out cheat on the tax system, the majority of whom are in the higher income bracket. Did you hear their cronies and lackeys squealing when Sleepy Joe announced he was going to hire more auditors to minimize the cheating? If you believe the kind of crap that f*xxy, unfried, Bertie, DumbBell and Les et al post: 50% of the USA's population are abusing the system while doped up to the eyebrows and living in cardboard boxes.

The job of our government is to protect and serve. Without a border we have no country. It is the governments job to protect our border. It is not their job to facilitate illegal aliens in crossing, housing, feeding transporting them across our country. Then hiding them in expensive motels, giving free medical care and money or cards. Yes, again I am for protecting the innocent unborn babies being slaughter so loose moral women can breed like dogs. It is not the job of our government to assist in the murder of children. I have no idea what you are talking about on the civil rights statement and honestly don't think you do either PROTECT and SERVE was never intended to become a hideout for criminals or food on a silver platter.
