Thank God for lawyers... I accumulate my trash until I get into a shedy neighborhood and then I toss it all out

If they get caught they just go to a lawyer and they get them out of it. That's what wrong now, the lawyers get them out.

i would say no one has been arrested because what is going to throw trash out in front of a cop???

Better yet, anyone caught throwing trash should pick up 5 miles worth and pay for disposing of it. Why is no one arrested for it?

Inmates should clean it up to pay for their room and board plus food etc while incarcerated.

mountain view @ hays is the worst for trash on the road you can be behind someone and the will still throw out their trash well then again that's probably the way they live at home IN FILTH and was most likely raised that way to have absolutely no respect trash in trash out

I purpose a fundraiser that would pay certain people or homeless to pick garbage up off the side of the road providing those of lower income to be provided a sustaining job of cleaning up not just in town but outside the town. I see so much of it that it's very gross and disrespectful for our environment.I think t he city council could do this, but it feels more like they're to busy spending more on tourist attraction then they're concerned with this waste issue in our town. I see how they had people donating to have the green way built, can't we build a fundraiser for a group who desperately need some income along with work skills?
