"If there is no free will in God's Creation, why are you still walking around?"
what you speak of is the free will of gawd.
mankind, humankind...gawds creation, has not been granted that free will of choice, between heaven or hades.
you either accept gawds will or you burn, that ain't "free will"
I tend to disagree, on "free will" being the basis of creation...I doubt seriously that it was...otherwise, gawd wouldn't have tempted adam and eve throught the tree of knowledge idea.
gawd didn't anticipate the Lucifer being brought forth...so he had to come up with another plan

Free will is largely an illusion.

Free will is the basis for creation, without it we would be like robots and have no soul, pretty much like democrats want people to be

antithesis (view profile) | Posted 10:46 pm, 11/18/2018 | I've been thinking about this one for awhile, and I would like to hear the opinions of other Christians on here. Heaven is obviously a monarchy. God is the King, He's beyond question or reproach. And the angels are like His knights and other royals. Humans can join his Kingdom, but only if we swear oaths of fealty. And there's no hope for a human soul to advance further to become an angel, you have to be born in to the royal class.
When Christians recite the Lord's Prayer, we pray for it to be on Earth as it is in Heaven:
‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’ So is it not a sin to happily accept living in a republic or a democracy, or any type of government other than a monarchy? |
Humans are made in the image of God as children with a free will. God is holy and sin can not be in his presence, when Adam chose to disobey his Father he could not live in his presence. God is at work in Christ Jesus reconciling God's children back to our Father, by removing the sin that separated us. We are not joining God's Kingdom, we are his sons, and are already above the angels in relationship to the Father. The new birth is a birth of the Holy Spirit, because sin brought death to man.
As far as being citizens of this world, No we are not , we are citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven.
