I don't know his hand writing is so poor that a kid in pre K could do better but is first and last initials are R. T.

I'm surprised I have not had any problems for not wearing one in my pickups running farm tags. I've had them to take a hard look but they have not pulled me yet.

I got pulled over in Watauga county today by a Trooper for not wearing my seatbelt and he still wrote me a warning ticket after seeing my medical exemption as allowed under the law. This makes me wonder how many other fraudulent tickets he wrote today.
