I use a VPN for work, so it does not matter how fast my isp and home wi-fi are, work is as fast (slow) as the vpn.
For example, my work laptop with VPN just showed 120 down while my phone with no VPN showed 420.

If you have Brightspeed, just grab an AOL disc, and you'll be better off

I do ALOT of internet FTP.
With the 1 gig it still becomes aggravating.
Music/Mp3 and 4 files without. An ZIP formating will drag it all down.lol

Yes it will, I have a 300 Mbps package and I'm getting 372.39 from my Nighthawk router. You need to update your router.

Wi-Fi will never get the full speed. I've never tested the wired speed.
