I'm living on a fixed income which was severely reduced by George W. and it hurts like ****, but instead of looking for a whipping boy to blame for inflation I bite the bullet and hope I can ride it out.

Started with Clinton

Real, Mr hankey? Because youre still trying to blame Bush. Should we compare inflation rates between 2000 and 2022?

Average earnings were less than $200 a month in most of the ten countries for which data were available (figure 3). The exceptions were China, Thailand and the Philippines where monthly wages were $491, $277 and $208, respectively.

Talk about payroll expenses! I cannot believe that old lady would crab about payroll expenses just because she has to pay a couple of more dollars for her target clothes.

old lady is selfish beech who does not care if a large portion of the labor force are paid starvation wages, as long as she can live high off the hog. The absolute example of a typical Republican.

Federal minimum wage is still unchanged, so not sure where this clown old lady thinks that "higher payroll expenses" is to blame.

Do some of y'all really think there has been an increase in the minimum wage?

Biden's disasters continue. Target stores stock is down $58 today and is down a total of $156.50 from a 52 week high. HD stock is down $18.60 today and down $138.42 from a 52 week high. These higher payroll expenses are killing the stock market. And Biden's inflation is a total disaster. Hope the ones that voted for that old FOOL are happy being in the poor house.

Manchin's sucking up to the coall mining industry is sickening. In order to stay in office he sucks up to the coal barons and bamboozles the mining families, the miners need to wake up to what's going on. About four decades ago the mine owners discovered that mountain topping was a much easier, cheaper and quicker way to acquire coal. They were able to reduce the labor force considerably and machines and explosives replaced many miners. The mountain topping not only destroyed the environment but sent thousands of tons of slag down the mountain sides thereby polluting the streams that fed the water table. So, many of the laid off miners and their families now had to cope with the problems that come with polluted water. Ergo, the cause of them losing their jobs was also poisoning their families.

Way to go DINO!

Manchin is an opportunist that calls himself a Democrat but dances to the coal baron's tune. I guess you might call him a DINO.
