Forget the reusable thing... I hate mine and never use it. My coffee never tasted good. I just use the regular k-cups and love my Keurig.

Am I the only person less than thrilled with this thing? I've tried everything. I also bought the reusable K-cup. Should I adjust the temperature? Any suggestions? My coffee tastes bitter...
