As I posted before when men start having baby's then they will have the right to speak up on this issue. If men had to go thru the birth process the human race would already be extinct

Abortion is unfortunately here to stay.....politicians know this so the only reason they take a stance one way or the other is to pander for votes from their desired demographic..... Those ppl then elect this person into office based on that stance, and the politician, once elected doesn't have to think about abortion any more until the next election......vote wasted

Repub men are always foaming at the mouth over abortion, and at the same time don't mind children from poor families being left out in the cold. They always forget that repubs voted abortion into law.

Just saying- it's interesting that :
a. Men can't have babies (not saying that they should not have a say in whether or not a baby is born, but they sometimes want to have ALL the say for EVERYONE regardless of situation)
b. Some of the people that are the most pro-birth are the very ones who do not believe in any sort of social safety net. Therefore, when some of these sweet babies are born, the situation they are born into is extremely complicated and meeting their basic needs can be a real struggle.
FWIW : I am personally against abortion FOR MYSELF. It is not up to me to make decisions for anyone else. I have a close friend who had an ectopic pregnancy (that is when the embryo implants in the Fallopian tube) and she had to have an abortion. It was not her fault, and there was no way to save the embryo. If abortion was not legal, she could have died.
