That doesn't matter since a double wide that is installed on permanent foundations can be converted by turning the title in.

There is a big difference between a modular and a double wide. A modular is built like a regular stick framed house, then brought in and set on footers and a foundation like a traditional home is built on. Once a modular is on site, moving one is basically the same as moving any house.
Most people that say they have a modular really have a double wide and are trying to be fancy. You have a double wide.

Double wide = more than one piece.
Modulat = more than one piece.
Both are transportable.
Mobile home.
Still trailer trash.
