Or if the General Assembly has a super majority (veto proof).

The loons in this state already passed a worthless bathroom bill once. They'll be back to pass more bills for their controlling nature.

I left life with my children at 12 weeks. I can't imagine having an abortion when you have felt the wonderful feeling of life in yourself. You have twenty weeks to decide to abort if that is not enough then start tying your legs together. Most of these radicals don't even know what they are talking about. North Carolina law says abortions during the first 20 weeks of pregnancy are lawful and that abortions after the 20th week of pregnancy are lawful if there is a medical emergency. That can only be changed if the state General Assembly changes state statutes and the governor signs that legislation into law or if a gubernatorial veto is overridden.
