So call your representative. Express your concerns and tell me what she says. She’s on your side, I’m pretty sure.

You do know Drumpf is the president now, right? You do know the DOJ is being run now by a guy named William Barr, who was appointed by...wait for it...Drumpf. And that Drumpf has been appointing people to lead the DOJ since he was elected?

Why are they letting Clinton off the hook?

Think, man.

Should,
I find it odd how Comey can admit that Clinton violated the law and nothing gets done. Graham in exchange for a yes vote to make the Mueller report public asked for a Special Counsel to investigate potential FISA abuses by the FBI during the 2016 election, Schumer refused.

Don’t get your panties waded because you subscribe to conspiracy theories.

If there’s evidence of wrongdoing, call your representative and demand she demand action. Let me know how that goes, by the way.

I’m sure Drumpf is just drooling at a chance to “lock her up,”as the toothless among us like to say. I’m sure he’ll direct his DOJ to get to the bottom of this, posthaste.

Should,
They didn’t you twit, it was the DOJ under Obama. Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page testified last year that officials in the bureau, including then-FBI Director James Comey, discussed Espionage Act charges against Hillary Clinton, citing “gross negligence," but the Justice Department shut them down.

Why would the Drumpf White House ask the DOJ to protect Clinton?

That’s obviously what you’re insinuating.

Gandy,
The DOJ and FBI does the charging or indicting not congress and if the refuse to file charges even after finding evidence of wrongdoing, what’s Gowdy going to do.

Uhh, how many indictments did Gowdy and gang return ? I mean they did try did'nt they ?

Smonk,
Only that it is glaringly obvious that laws and crimes are applied and charged differently for Trump associates than they are for Obama and Clinton. So you are OK that the DOJ shut the FBI down on charging Clinton.

So we are always back to either Hilary or Obama.

Pivot much???

Please try and keep up. The title of this thread is......

Smonk,
This is what I’m talking about, wouldn’t that be obstruction of justice;
Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page testified last year that officials in the bureau, including then-FBI Director James Comey, discussed Espionage Act charges against Hillary Clinton, citing “gross negligence," but the Justice Department shut them down.

Hangs,
Sessions was talking about FBI abuses of obtaining FISA warrants since he had been AG. I’m talking about alleged abuses in 2016, about a year before Sessions became AG. This is the time frame where Schumer refused to appoint a Special Counsel.

Smonk,
Rachel doesn’t discuss the part oh Page’s testimony that I’m referring to, so you clip is not germane to the conversation.

"Gates continues to cooperate with respect to several ongoing investigations, and accordingly the parties do not believe it is appropriate to commence the sentencing process at this time," the filing said, pointing out that the situation had not changed since the previous update in January.

There was heavy speculation that Gates' cooperation would wind down this week, given the conclusion of the federal cases against his longtime partner Paul Manafort. Gates was a star witness in that case and testified against Manafort, who was sentenced by two judges to serve a total of 7.5 years in prison for financial fraud.

The filing suggests that Gates might still helpful beyond Manafort, and that there are investigators who still want Gates' cooperation. Whether it's Mueller or prosecutors in the Southern District of New York, or perhaps elsewhere, is not entirely clear. If Gates wasn't needed anymore, the parties likely would have asked to set a sentencing date.

Hangs,
They should. Wonder why Schumer refused to appoint a special counsel to investigate potential FISA abuses by the DOJ and FBI?
