Maybe, maybe not, but we know what Thomas thinks and what he's willing to do.

One Justics gave his opinion and the rest disagreed with him its not going anywhere.

And didn't those same justices say Roe v Wade was settled law? Stop acting like this is all outside the realm of possibility. A Supreme Court justice said these rights should be revisited and struck down.

Here you go taken straight from your link.

No other justice joined Thomas' concurrence and the Supreme Court's majority opinion rejected the idea that other rights could fall after the demise of Roe v. Wade.

And that has nothing to do with the Roe v. Wade decision in fact if you read the decision the court even said that nothing in this decision has anything to do with other topics.

Joseph T - Where in the US constitution do you see the right to kill a baby? The fact is this subject should not be regulated by the Federal Gov. it should be left to the states period. If Roe v. Wade goes away baby killing will still be legal in the states that allow it. If a state doesn't allow it the people of the state can work to change that by voting.

When you go to the medical DR do you appreciate the right to privacy? Do you fully understand what HIPPA laws exist for? Do you truly think that a 6 week developed embryo is going to pop out, breathe, eat and walk down the hall by itself?? Do you think a 12 week fetus will? Have you ever even studied biology? Do you understand what a miscarriage is? How many babies have you carried to term? How far along were you when you even knew you were pregnant? Did you purposely have sex in order to get pregnant?

How about making your STD's public knowledge? Or having to publicly announce to your date that you must take viagra in order to attempt a performance?

How about the government telling you that no one is allowed to have any form of sexual relations unless a pregnancy results from it? How about having your sperm regulated and having to document every time you mast*rbate to the local health department so that you have to explain why you wasted sperm?

What you men and religious zealots don't get is the bigger picture. People like you are so quick to condemn and judge based on your religious opinions that you don't see the pandora's box you are voting to open.

And technically men do not get to have a say on this because you don't ever have to experience being forced to breed. If you want livestock then go **** a sheep.
All your ranting has nothing to do with the court decision. No one is forcing you to provide details on your health and meds. HIPPA laws have nothing to do with the court decision and neither does a miscarriage. The court decision doesn't have anything to do with who you sleep with or regulate sperm or who mast*rbates. And the court decision most differently does not require anyone to be forced to breed as that is called rape and is illegal.

Try to come up with a rational discussion on the facts and not a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with the court's decision.

The only thing the court did was say that under the US Constitution the regulation of killing an unborn baby is a state issue. If someone lives in a state that prohibits the killing of an unborn baby, they are free to visit or move to a state that doesn't. It also allows people who live in those states the right to try a change the law by voting for people who have their views or campaign to have the law change.

Don't forget even the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg who was for abortion said the Row V. Wade was decided on shaky legal grounds

Now they have to give him detailed instructions on a card that he carries around so he'll know what to do.

You conveniently neglected to state that Bone Spurs couldn't stay on subject using a teleprompter, but we know you and other teabaggers on this site are brainwashed kool-aid sippers.

Imagine what 40 years will do to someones perspective!

Most people would not call Biden's brain one with "perspective".

Now they have to give him detailed instructions on a card that he carries around so he'll know what to do.

Thing is, now the whole world has seen it. "Enter the Roosevelt room. say hello, take a seat,, ask this reporter (has name of reporter)a question . then leave. "

Most people would call that brain GONE, , even worse than you GW mush brains, but not by much..
Only a matter of time. Most of you all rushed right out to get vaxed and boosted several times.

Yep, Only a matter of time.
