Actually it is a constitution right as per the Supreme Court in Roe Vs Wade. Which by the way, is still a law until it is actually overturned. It hasn't been overturned yet and may never be.

Where in the US constitution do you see the right to kill a baby? The fact is this subject should not be regulated by the Federal Gov. it should be left to the states period. If Roe v. Wade goes away baby killing will still be legal in the states that allow it. If a state doesn't allow it the people of the state can work to change that by voting.
