Should I see a doctor?

You may be running away from something that bothers you by sleeping but then sleeping too much can make you groggy. You need to exercise, move a little more. This weather has kept me inside too much and it is a little harder to come 'out of hibernation.' Sometime I exercise by turning on the radio and dancing by myself.

I did have to take iron pills that I think I'm gonna have to go get another bottle that my doctor put me on birth control for hormone imbalance that I do see her at least twice a yrs. I'm just really nervous about doing cause I don't wanna do another blood drawing.

Best to make a doctor appointment, it could be anything from flu to low iron or in my case hormones :o(

If you have not seen a doctor on a regular basis, you need to have a yearly check up.

This has happened before that I have had a increase of sleeping but this time it's different, I feel like I don't have enough energy again.I have slept for 12 hrs and I can't figure out how I can still be tired.
