The Democrat Party has controlled the politics for 80 of the past 100 years.Who kept the pay so low for the Teachers that voted for them repeatedly.When employed if you are willing to start at low pay you will remain at low pay.

You tell em backwater I heard enough about education. If these teachers don't like it they can go work a real job! If we pay them they'll expect us to do more. We got to keep them dimocrat wages down so to keep them from spending all the money.It's more of that socialism next they'll turn us into a Venezuela craphole. Maga2020!

They get more than I do or most everyone else. If they want more deductions let them work as a contractor and get paid with a 1099. Teachers are the only ones I know off that are paid like a regular employee and get to deduct supply's from their taxes.

So you compare a $250 dollar deduction to a 2 or 3 **** deduction ? No wonder you love the gop ? And no teachers should'nt have to buy supplies, but most CARE about their students

The teachers standard deduction doubled under the new tax plan. Which is worth thousands more of a deduction.

Under new tax laws a teacher is only allowed to deduct a maximum of $250 dollars for purchased school supplies, but a businessman can deduct the FULL price of a corporate jet ?
