The subject line is a little misleading with the words block and illegal drugs and all.

This post is not really about the people on the block. In fact, it is not about illegal drugs. It is about police corruption. It is a given drug dealers are trashy people who only cares about themselves. They would do anything for a dollar. However, we pay the police to control them, not to take their money and look the other way.
