Please tell me what is going to be investigated. Statute of limitations has run out for the state. Trump has just come out and said the FBI doesn’t want to investigate which I understand. He said, she said is not going anywhere and the only witness according to the victim is unreliable and said it didn’t happen. The victim states she didn’t want to go public in July, hires attorney and takes a polygraph in August, and goes public in September.

The only reason Merrick Garland nomination was blocked was because he would have been a horrible supreme court judge.
Plus a high school friend of his told his therapist that he thinks he was sexually assaulted by Garland. But he was too drunk to remember for sure however he does remember being scared for his life.

I'm in no hurry. It will be good to stir up the conservative base. We do not intend to let the corrupt Dimocrats take the Supreme Court back down the road filled with activist left wing extremist. Just one more reason to vote Republican in the midterm.

Monk, she didn't name him. You must not have been alert when Clarence Thomas got Borked. It is going to come down to a he said, she said with no conclusion. It is not about the conclusion of this fake story. It is about obstructing the process and waiting to see if Dimocrats can win the House and Senate. Little do they know, one of the main reasons Trump won was to reverse the course of the Supreme Court. If Republicans see the corruption in this Dimocrat trick they will turn out by droves.

We always look for that to support an accusation wasn’t a newly formed complaint,” Fairstein said. Ford didn’t come forward to prosecute Kavanaugh but with a piece of information that, she believed, was relevant to his character before this became a very public issue, Fairstein said.

Perhaps more striking are the details Ford did mention. Fairstein said sexual assault rarely happens with witnesses present. Yet Ford puts two people in the room �" Kavanaugh and his prep school classmate, Mark Judge, whom she called “an essential witness.”
“To me, it’s compelling that [Ford] puts someone else there, and that the person who happens to be in the room has a blackout drinking problem,"
Ford mentioned details �" like the pool party, the narrow staircase, that the house was in Montgomery County. There are enough facts for someone to remember it was their party and their house,” said Fairstein. Wigdor echoed Fairstein, saying: “She put a third person in the room. If you were making something up, why would you do that?”
Wigdor also mentioned that Ford voluntarily took and passed a lie-detector test. “While not admissible in court, they’re used by various governmental agencies, and many people believe in their abilities,” he said. The vast majority of sexual abuse victims delay disclosing what happened.
“It’s one of the most common features of child sex abuse,” Meltzer said. Most victims of child sexual abuse fear retaliation, that they won’t be believed or that their family may be angry. There are often very intense feelings of shame, guilt and humiliation.
Statistically, teenagers are less likely than younger children to tell authorities about an assault, she said. has anyone noticed almost anyone trump that has ties to has no morals or honor? not one of my friends has ever been accused of sex assault yet from trump himself he has surrounded himself with liars,cheaters,scam artist and sex predetors.

I'm asking a question, do you think sexual assault is OK if it happened 35 years ago? Would you say the same if it was attempted murder?
