I can tell you this if that guy was one of my family and those cops weren't arrested and convicted for murder they would last a week.

The videos prove nothing, it looks like it was filmed with a potato. Back to the drawing board.\\
None of you can for certain say that he does or does not have a gun.

I understand that and already knew he was a convicted felon. But given the way his car is backed in and the quickness of the incident.
The cops weren't equipped with that information before shooting him.

I think I heard on one news channel that Scott had done several years in prison for an assault with firearm charge, that would mean he's a convicted felon which means unless his citizenship rights had been restored his possessing a firearm is a felony charge in and of itself. Plus ankle holsters with long pants means the gun is concealed which means unless Scott holds a CCW permit it would be illegal for him to carry a firearm in a concealed manner and convicted felons can't hold a CCW permit.

To me it definitely looks like he didn't have to die.
A taser would have sufficed in my opinion.
But in the end the cop will be exonerated.
