The boggerman is going to get you, if you if you enact any more socialist programs like SS or universal health care or fair taxation or anything else which corperate americia doesn't want. Big Corp is who you folks are boosting and you don't even realize. The greatest accomplishment of the republician party in the 20th and so far in the 21st century is getting low and middle income people to vote against their on self interest.
"Trump almost became a dictator on Jan 6th, I assume if he had prevailed only posters such a Fake, Hobbs, Copper, Pike etc would have been able to vote in the 20 election and that seems to be the kind of country you want. A dictatorship with Trump as dictator."
Why do YOU fail to comprehend that the J6 riot was nearly two months after the 2020 election?
Republicians using the word socialism is the same as a parnet saying to a child that the boggerman will get you. No one is for a dictatorship which is the same as a king. Most of Europe has a socialist goverment and they are not undemocratic or led by dictators. They tend to have a better standard of living for everyone than the USA. They have universal health care and free education through college which gives a poor child a much better chance of becoming wealthy than in the good ole USA. Their transportation system is much better with less carbon footprint and so and so on. They do pay a much larger precentage of their income in taxes but offer more sevices to all. Dictators such as Russia, China and Norh Korea are communist something republicians used to be stongly against. Trump almost became a dictator on Jan 6th, I assume if he had prevailed only posters such a Fake, Hobbs, Copper, Pike etc would have been able to vote in the 20 election and that seems to be the kind of country you want. A dictatorship with Trump as dictator.
Not voting as 3 Republicans, and the 3 Democrats that you forgot to include; did is totally different than the 14 Democrats who only voted present and you know it, but keep squirming and crawfishing it is hilarious to watch.
Totally Albert! How silly of me to correctly point out that republicans also did not vote for it, for whatever reason after you over generalized a statement to attempt to make it only about democrats.
No YOU singled out only the Republicans who did not vote YOU did not mention the 3 Democrats who did not vote...only the Republicans, I stated how many voted and how they voted, and said that 14 Democrats couldn't bring themselves to take a stand either way.
I don't know why the 6 did not vote, could be out sick, could have had a death in their family and not been in town...who knows. Can you tell me why 14 Democrats couldn't find enough backbone to vote...other than present that is?
Why did Jeffries bluster on about it and then vote for it?
also from your article, House Republicans unanimously supported the bill, along with 126 House Democrats. There were 3 Republicans and 3 Democrats who did not vote on the resolution, I might be mistaken but I think if a representative is in chambers they must vote Yea, Nay or present, I think not voting means they were not present to vote.
Very odd, so Jeffries was against the resolution before he was for it...along with 109 other Democrats and 14 who couldn't bring themselves to take stand either way. I have more respect for the 84 the voted against the resolution, at least they took a stand.
