I won but read it closely $500 bucks or cash value. By that I assume they could give you something of a cash value of $500 bucks. Maybe? Idk but we can bet they're not going to give us all $500 bucks!

I never have figured out the catch. The paperwork doesn't say anything about any stipulations, it just says that your odds of winning $500 are 1 in 23,000.
