Mark your calendars: We will be offering a FREE Running Clinic on Saturday, April 25th! This will be for anyone in the community! We will cover running form, training plans, finding proper shoes, hydration and nutrition, etc!

This will start at 8AM at the Yadkin River Greenway trailhead in Memorial Park! Come prepared to run a short distance! Bring a friend and let's learn how to run more efficiently and how to decrease or eliminate pain!!

For all levels of runners, even if you are brand new to running!

We will follow this up with a Trail Running Clinic later in the Spring and a Racing How To Clinic also!! So, stay tuned!!
