Friday, April 24, 2016, a FREE health luncheon devoted to better health and well being for all ages will feature Jerri Mayberry, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator of Wilkes County Diabetes and Nutrition Center will speak on:

Diabetes: Achieving better blood sugar management!

*How do high blood sugars impact our body?
*Tips to achieve better blood sugar and weight control
*Diabetes and medications� Questions and answers

12:00pm lunch served 12:30pm speaker begins

Lunch sponsored by Wilkes County Health Department
Catered by Sagebrush

Lunch will be provided for the first 30 registrants. Registration is required.
To register, call the library at 838-2818, extension 236 or 232.

Sessions will be held at the Wilkes County Library
in the Friends Meeting Room.
