Saturday, May. 21, 2016

Saturday May 21, 2016 at 1:00pm local author Mary Carlton will be at the Wilkes County Public Library.

Mary Carlton, daughter of Everette (Butch) Carlton and Mary Essie Carlton; graduate of Wilkes Central High School 1977 will be at the Wilkes County Public Library on May 21, 2016 at 1:00pm. Mary will be discussing and signing copies of her book, Front Pew Abuse, which was published by Xlibris; a self-publishing and on-demand printing services provider. Front Pew Abuse is about relationships and making them work. It is based on a true story.
Mary M. Carlton is a registered nurse and a certified case manager. She is retired from the United States Army Reserve. Mary is a mother of two and a grandmother of two, with one son-in-law. She grew up in the Boomer, NC community. She attends Union Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. She loves to sing, laugh, and make others happy. Mary's heart is in helping others in need. She feels that where there are people in need, there is God's opportunity for her to make a difference in someone's life.

Front Pew Abuse is based on a true story. It was written to help those who are going through situations in their relationships. Mary believes that it is the will of God for relationships to work. However, if the relationship does not work out then the individuals in the relationship should look at themselves for the answers. Because someone must change in order to save the relationship.
