Saturday Crafternoon Class Series

Public Event

Saturday, Apr. 12, 2014

Beginning in April 2014, The Hiddenite Center will offer a unique series of crafting classes for children and adults entitled, Saturday Crafternoons at the Lucas Mansion. This innovative class experience will feature fun and easy projects that will appeal to crafters of all ages.

According to crafternoon organizer and Hiddenite Center Director of Communications, Miranda Burgin, each class in the series is designed to provide an affordable and creative opportunity for learning new crafting techniques during convenient, 1-hour sessions.

If you enjoy browsing for ideas on the popular website Pinterest, are looking for a fun activity for kids or grandkids, or just love to try new creative projects, our Saturday Crafternoons are the perfect fit, Burgin commented. We hope participants will feel free to arrive early for class so that they can enjoy our Lucas Mansion gallery exhibits, museum, and collections during their visit.
