WCHS girls basketball

By now it is known that Greg Davenport was the choice for head women's basketball coach at WCHS. Anyone have any comment regarding that choice. I am not that familiar with him other than what the paper listed as his loyal coaching career at WCHS as boys JV basketball coach. Seems to have been successful at the JV level at least from his W-L record. Any commenters?
