IF YOU THINK THEY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO HAVE INSURANCE, WHY DON'T YOU THINK GUN OWNERS SHOULD BE REQUIRED?

They should have been required to have insurance as well..

Starting July 1, moped drivers in North Carolina must register with the Department of Motor Vehicles and receive a state license plate to legally ride.

According to North Carolina's Department of Motor Vehicles, a new law, which goes into effect on July 1, requires all mopeds in the state to be registered. They must also have a NC license plate to legally ride.

The registration fee costs $18.
