Hendrick Toyota in Concord. No bull vhit. Service department actually cheaper for oil change than the quickie places.
Hendrick Collision Centers do outstanding body work. Paint warranty for life of owner. Had same side fixed twice because people cannot back out of a parking space. Hendricks did an excellent job.
Truck serviced at dealership. Tired $150 cheaper than local discount tire shop.

No experience with Victory, but I don't doubt all the bad rumors are true. For those saying Modern Toyota, they may be better than Victory, but be very careful with them too. I no longer own a Toyota product, but I watched Modern take over both Norman Cheek's Toyota of Boone and John Cook/Southern States Subaru. I know many of the former salesmen of both dealerships. When Modern took over there was a mass exodus of the sales and service staffs. I have personally seen Modern Toyota's service department upsale, mainly women, on unneeded services during routine maintenance/ oil changes numerous times. This is why I am no longer a customer. It goes something like this:
Service rep: Ma'am we pulled your air filter.. here it is. It's pretty dirty. Do you want us to replace it?
Clueless female service customer: Sure if you think it needs it.
Service rep: cha ching! $50 easy.
If you are lucky you get a new filter, most of the time you get the same filter blown out by an air hose.
I will not do business with Modern. If you are looking for Toyota call Jim Barkley in Asheville. People fly to Asheville from all over the US just to do business with them. If you are looking for Subaru, drive to Jim Armstrong in Hickory. Modern may be the lesser of two evils (compared to Victory) but they still leave a lot to be desired.
Be careful out there. Finding an honest car dealer is like finding a needle in a haystack. You can take my advice or find out the hard way.

Modern Toyota does not send out "gimmick" mailings like Victory.

I won $500 to, but in the fine print it says to compare your confirmation code to prize board they got set up.IF your numbers match any, claim prize. It also states they're not responsible for typographical errors. Then a salesman will walk you around lot for about 2 hours in cold trying too sell you a car.

We should all take our "winning tickets" and demand Our $500.bucks.
I agree bobster, the Boone dealership seems to have nicer people, but they're probably sending out the same mailings.

One of the chosen 23,000 here. Not holding my breath on the $500. Skimmed twice. I think it said no purchase required, go to dealer to match confirmation number during a certain time period, then something else about see dealer for further details in a different section. I decided not to investigate, as I am getting old and ornery and don't want to add to the local Looney Tunes headlines. I am holding on to my winner in case someone crows here about their windfall.
They are also touting the annual lottery winnings sale based on income tax refunds. God bless the Federal Gov't! Come on down!

I don't have it in front of me at the moment but best I recall it says No purchases necessary to claim prize. So I am pretty sure the can't claim it's just for a down payment. From reading that thing I think they're going to have to cough up something, what I don't know but something.
